Day 4: Make Mine Music

I brought along "Guardians of the Galaxy, vol. 1" soundtrack.  Playing rock music really does make the time fly by, and after I was done with the half hour heart cycling program, I went ahead and did ten minutes of the aerobic program, then did three pound free weights, finishing it off with stretching.
