Not a day

Sometime ago I read a TED talk, wherein twenty minutes a day of exercise was suggested.  Enough to get the blood going, not enough to cause injury. 

The point was made that it's what goes into the body that causes weight gain or loss, not so much what comes out by burning calories.

For whatever reason, I didn't post it here.  But I am still working on my fitness and food selection.
