Day 15: Procrastination

I found this article on-line,  Beat Procrastination

The bullet points were:
  • Self-imposed deadlines.
  • Accountability systems (commitment with friends, or a coach).
  • Working/studying in intervals. 
  • Exercising 30 minutes a day.
  • A healthy diet. 
  • Eliminating distractions.
  • Internal motivation.                                                               
One out of seven.  Okay.  Two.  Maybe three.

Anyway,  6 miles, 193 calories, 30 minutes, 66 rpm, 129 average heart rate.

And two sets of free weight rounds, using the ten pound ones.  

All to the music of Neil Diamond's "Hot August Night" disc 2.
