As today is my day to run errands, go out with J., and get ready for Saturday (Saturday is a special day; it's the day we get ready for Sunday....), I decided to push my routine and got to the gym about 7:30 a.m. so I'd have plenty of time.
I did the first half hour on Heart Health, walked around for a minute or so, and then did Fat Burn for the second half hour. It helped a lot having The Today Show on, and being the only one in the gym. The coverage was on Korean Olympics, showing what to see, what to try out, and reminders that the opening ceremonies are tonight. There was also a story about a school in the mid-West that had the Guinness Book of World Records for the most sets of twins in a school grade, a teen-age poet laureate, and in the outside crowd a high school group from Tooele, Utah (note to self: call Mom).
My knee caps were aching and I had sweat in my hair by the time I ended my gym time.
