I now have music to go with my yoga, and new speakers for the music. (The old speakers made everything sound like it was from a cheap 1960's transistor radio.)
The local library has on-line music downloads from Hoopla. The album I have now is "Classic Rock Yogi" from Roma Music Group, 2018.
The music is slow paced classic rock ("Hotel California," "My Sweet Lord," "Rocket Man," etc.) sort of like elevator music played on a sitar, like curry for the ears. It helps me hold my poses longer and breath slower.
I also upgraded from bathrobe belts to a yard and a half grosgrain ribbon that's two inches wide, that's been through the wash to help me on my Pilate leg warm-up exercises. Which, of course, I can't find a link to so I can show people what I do at that step. Maybe some other day, when I'm not focused on avoiding getting sucked into the computer. (Hey, wow, "Yoga Journal" is also available for viewing on the library web-site! Note to self: return over-due paper issue today. Or tomorrow after work.)

I just discovered Hoopla through my local library a couple of days ago. I was so excited to watch Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, but now the songs have been stuck in my head all week!
